Privacy Policy

Account details. Your email address, password (stored securely by our authentication provider — we never see it), name, and whether you joined as a Model or a Stylist.

Profile and listings. Anything you choose to add: profile photo, bio, city, salon or workplace, portfolio or hair photos, and session listings (service, date, location, contact details you choose to show, and photos).

Messages. Conversations between Models and Stylists, and when you've read them (so we can show unread counts).

Contact form. Your name, email, topic, and message when you write to us.

Technical data. Standard request logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) kept by our hosting provider for security and troubleshooting.

• To run the service: show listings and profiles, deliver messages, and let you sign in.
• To send emails you need — confirming your email, resetting your password — and activity emails such as new messages and “your session is live”.
• To keep the community safe: preventing abuse, investigating reports, and enforcing our Terms.
• To fix problems and improve the product.

• Public: your name, role, profile photo, bio, city, salon/workplace, gallery photos, and any listings you post — including the contact details you choose to add to a listing.
• Private: your email address and password are never shown to other users. Messages are visible only to the two people in the conversation.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.

Your browser also stores a few preferences on your device, such as your saved sessions and whether you prefer List or Swipe mode. These stay on that device and you can clear them through your browser settings.

We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Freestyle Models, under agreements to protect it:

• Supabase — database and account authentication.
• Cloudflare — website hosting, photo storage, security, and sending email.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

Account emails (like confirming your address or resetting a password) are always sent because the service needs them. Activity emails — new messages and session updates — can be turned off any time in Settings → Email notifications. We don't send marketing email.

We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account in Settings, we delete your profile, listings, messages, and the photos you uploaded right away. Copies in our providers' routine backups expire on their normal schedule. Contact form messages are kept only as long as we need them to respond to you.

• Edit your profile and listings any time.
• Delete your account, and with it your profile, listings, and messages, from Settings.
• Ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct or delete it, through our contact form.

Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights. We'll respond to requests within the time the law requires.

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), passwords are hashed by our authentication provider, and database access is restricted so people can only read and change what they're allowed to. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Freestyle Models is for people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has created an account, please contact us and we'll remove it.

If we make significant changes, we'll let you know in the app or by email before they take effect.
